You are an international student residing outside the European Union and it’s your first time enrolling at the University of Toulon (UTLN), please follow the procedures as they apply to you :

You are currently enrolled at a French high school and you would like to enrol in the 1st year of a 2-year DUT or Bachelor’s Degree programme :

Apply Online on the “Admission Post-Bac” web page prior to March 20th 2014 to enrol in one of the University of Toulon’s degree programmes. You will then make an appointment on campus and will have until October 9th 2014 to register on campus in either Building “A” (IUT) or V’ (Bachelor’s Degrees).

Important dates for enrolling in the 1st year of a DUT or Bachelor’s Degree :
  • Prior to March 20th : Apply online on the “Admission Post-Bac” web page
  • July 8th 2014 to July 24th 2014 : Registration Process by appointment only
  • August 28th 2014 to October 9th 2014 : Registration Process by appointment only
  • Early September : Classes begin. Starting dates depend on the degree programme.

You must apply online through the “Campus France” website of your home country.

Please note : For 1st and 2nd year Bachelor’s degree programmes, applications are accepted between November 15th 2013 and January 22nd 2014. For all other degree programmes, applications are accepted between January 1st and March 31st 2014.

Important Dates for enrolling via Campus France
  • November 15th 2013 to January 22nd 2014 : 1st and 2nd year Bachelor’s degree students may apply on their local “Campus France” website.
  • January 1st 2014 to March 31st 2014 : Online applications are accepted via local Campus France websites for all other degree programmes.
  • July 8th 2014 to July 24th 2014 : Registration Process by appointment only
  • August 28th 2014 to October 9th 2014 : Registration Process by appointment only
  • Early September : Classes begin. Starting dates depend on the degree programme.
You reside in a country not affiliated with “Campus France.”

You would like to enrol in the first year of a 2-year DUT degree

You would like to enrol in the 1st year of a Bachelor’s Degree :

File a “demande d’admission préalable” (DAP) application with the “Service Culturel” of your local French Embassy between November 15th and January 22nd 2014.

You would like to enrol in the 2nd or 3rd year of a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree :

You must complete a “Dossier Unique d’Admission” (DUA) application as early as March 3rd 2014 and consult the admissions calendar of the school you are applying to. Once your application has been approved, you may make an appointment with the Registrar’s Office to enrol.

Provide the “Dossier Unique d’Admission” application.

Your application will be reviewed at an upcoming admissions committee board meeting : You may consult the admissions calendar of the school you are applying to see the upcoming dates.

If the admissions committee approves your application, you may make an appointment.

Important Dates

The Ingémédia Faculty of Information and Communication

If you would like to apply to Ingémédia, you must fill out the Dossier Unique d’Admission (DUA) application on Ingémédia’s website.

After your application has been approved, you may then make an appointment to register.

The ESPE is a joint programme of the University of Toulon and the University of Nice. To ensure fairness, all of the administrative procedures are identical for both establishments regardless of where you choose to study.

There is a selective application process. If you wish to study at the ESPE, you must apply online at : https://www.espe-nice-toulon.fr

Once your application has been approved, you may make an appointment to register at the University of Toulon.
