You are an international student residing outside the European Union and it’s your first time enrolling at the University of Toulon (UTLN), please follow the procedures as they apply to you :
Apply Online on the “Admission Post-Bac” web page prior to March 20th 2014 to enrol in one of the University of Toulon’s degree programmes. You will then make an appointment on campus and will have until October 9th 2014 to register on campus in either Building “A” (IUT) or V’ (Bachelor’s Degrees).

You must apply online through the “Campus France” website of your home country.

Please note : For 1st and 2nd year Bachelor’s degree programmes, applications are accepted between November 15th 2013 and January 22nd 2014. For all other degree programmes, applications are accepted between January 1st and March 31st 2014.

File a “demande d’admission préalable” (DAP) application with the “Service Culturel” of your local French Embassy between November 15th and January 22nd 2014.
You must complete a “Dossier Unique d’Admission” (DUA) application as early as March 3rd 2014 and consult the admissions calendar of the school you are applying to. Once your application has been approved, you may make an appointment with the Registrar’s Office to enrol.
Provide the “Dossier Unique d’Admission” application.
Your application will be reviewed at an upcoming admissions committee board meeting : You may consult the admissions calendar of the school you are applying to see the upcoming dates.
If the admissions committee approves your application, you may make an appointment.
If you would like to apply to Ingémédia, you must fill out the Dossier Unique d’Admission (DUA) application on Ingémédia’s website.
After your application has been approved, you may then make an appointment to register.

The ESPE is a joint programme of the University of Toulon and the University of Nice. To ensure fairness, all of the administrative procedures are identical for both establishments regardless of where you choose to study.
There is a selective application process. If you wish to study at the ESPE, you must apply online at : https://www.espe-nice-toulon.fr
Once your application has been approved, you may make an appointment to register at the University of Toulon.
