Foreign Students

You are a foreign student and you wish to register for the first time at the University of Toulon (UTLN) :

• If you are on an exchange programme, you should consult the international relations section International Exchange Students - Université de Toulon.

• if you are not on an exchange programme, select your profile below :
  Please note : UTLN requires all foreign students to have a level of French corresponding to B2 (400 points minimum) of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), such as the TCF - Intégration, Résidence et Nationalité or DELF.

Nationals of countries where French is the official language are exempt.

ATTENTION : COMPULSORY

• Before enrolling, you must pay the CVEC (Contribution Vie Etudiante et de Campus) to the CROUS.
  A certificate of payment in PDF format will be issued to you by the CROUS and must be presented at the time of registration.
• In order to have your healthcare costs covered when you arrive in France, you MUST register with Assurance Maladie on the dedicated website.
