FA DRONES & EN Platform

The FA DRONES & EN (Additive Manufacturing of DRONES and Naval Equipment) platform supports you in the analysis, design or optimisation of any part, prototype or system obtained through additive manufacturing using metals or technical polymers. For the latter, we have a wide range of materials to meet stringent and specific technical requirements.
For more than ten years, the engineers and researchers at the FA DRONES & EN platform have been experts in the design, optimisation and production of parts obtained through additive manufacturing.

The FA DRONES & EN platform offers the following services:

Comprehensive redesign of mechanical systems for additive manufacturing

The engineers and researchers at the FA DRONES & EN platform will support you throughout the process of completely redesigning your system by helping you analyse your needs, scanning your parts, helping you choose the materials/processes best suited to your needs, modelling your parts using CAD and checking their performance using finite element modelling.

Design optimised for additive manufacturing (topological, thermal, environmental optimisation, etc.) of parts

The FA DRONES & EN platform offers you its expertise in component modelling and optimisation, in particular by performing all iterations in terms of optimising specific criteria (optimisation of mass, buoyancy, heat exchange, hydrodynamics, etc.).

Production of models obtained through additive manufacturing

The engineers at the FA DRONES & EN platform provide you with the technical resources needed to produce models. These can be produced individually or in small batches.

Production of prototypes using metal additive manufacturing or engineering polymers

The engineers and researchers at the FA DRONES & EN Platform will assist you in designing any prototype, whether made of metal or technical polymers. For the latter, we have a wide range of materials available to meet stringent and specific technical requirements.
