The Toulon Joint Library Service is a network of five libraries:
- La Garde Campus Library
- Draguignan Law Library
- Toulon Law Library
- Eco-Management-Media Library
- SeaTech Library
Its mission is to:
- Implement the institution's documentation policy: acquire, catalogue, manage and communicate documents and information resources in any format.
- welcoming readers and staff working at the university, as well as any other members of the public, and organising workspaces and consultation areas.
- develop electronic resources.
- disseminate the university's scientific output.
- participate in the university's cultural, scientific and technical activities.
- cooperate with regional, national and international libraries and other documentation centres, in particular by participating in union catalogues.
- train users in the methodology of documentary research.
